Greater New Haven Community Chorus (GNHCC)

Based in New Haven, Connecticut, GNHCC is a non-audition SATB chorus with over 75 members. Stephen Black was the Music Director for GNHCC (1999-2002).

The Central City Chorus

Auditioned chorus with over 50 voices based at Church of St. John the Baptist, 210 West 31st Street, New York, NY. Rehearsals are are Thursday evenings; typically, the group performs three times per year.

The Brearley Singers

A non-auditioned chorus based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, affiliated with the Brearley School, 610 East 83rd Street on the Upper East Side near Carl Schurz Park. Rehearsals are on Monday night, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and the chorus typically gives two concerts each season.

St. Joseph's Church, Yorkville

Located at 404 East 87th Street. Stephen Black is the Director of Music and Organist, and directs the St. Joseph's Yorkville Parish Choir, a volunteer choir that sings for the 11:00 AM Mass on Sundays, and other special church events. Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings in the church from 7:30 – 9:00 PM.
